Welcome to HeartyPaws. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of www.heartypaws.in and your purchase of products from HeartyPaws. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Store information

2. Products and pricing

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, availability and prices accurately. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and may include applicable taxes as stated at checkout. Product colours and appearance may vary slightly by screen or manufacturing batch.

3. Orders

An order is accepted only after checkout is completed and you receive an order confirmation. We may cancel or limit an order because of stock availability, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions or other reasonable operational grounds. If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, an applicable refund will be initiated to the original payment method.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely by the payment methods displayed at checkout. You agree to provide complete and accurate billing, contact and delivery information. We do not directly store complete card or bank credentials.

5. Shipping and delivery

Delivery estimates are indicative and may be affected by courier operations, location, weather, public holidays or events beyond our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing a complete delivery address and reachable phone number.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Order cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy available on this website. Please review that policy before placing an order. Hygiene-sensitive, used, opened or customised pet products may not be eligible for return except where damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied.

7. Acceptable use

You must not misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or harmful material, or use the website for fraudulent purposes.

8. Intellectual property

The HeartyPaws name, branding, website content, graphics, photographs and other materials are owned by or licensed to HeartyPaws and may not be copied, republished or commercially exploited without permission.

9. Privacy

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Shopify and payment, shipping and service providers may process information as necessary to operate the store, complete transactions and fulfil orders.

10. Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and products are provided subject to the descriptions and warranties expressly stated. HeartyPaws is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use or product misuse. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Indian consumer-protection law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer law, disputes will be subject to the competent courts of West Bengal, India.
