We want every pet parent to receive useful products in good condition. Please read the policy before placing an order.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, incorrect or unusable item, contact us with your order number, photos and unpacking details as soon as possible.
Return eligibility
Returns may be considered for unused, unopened and resellable items, subject to inspection and approval. Items used by pets, hygiene products, grooming tools and opened consumables may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible. Processing timelines may vary depending on the payment provider.
Non-returnable cases
Products damaged after delivery, used pet products, missing packaging, missing accessories or items without order proof may be rejected.
